I qualified as a Beauty Therapist in 1994, having completed five years of intensive training during which time I had trained in all treatments to the advanced level. I began to practice at Beadlow Manor, Bedford and spent three years gaining invaluable experience as the Assistant Manager.
I then sort to widen my experience of clientele by opening my own salons in different locations: I spent three years with a salon in a Hotel environment, my next salon was within a top London Hair Stylists, Identity UK, then I had a salon in LA Fitness.
In 2008 I opened my first independent salon, Skin Deep, in Hartington Road, Cambridge.
Throughout these years I have continued to train in all aspects of beauty therapy and embrace all new treatments as they are developed: I now offer semi- permanent makeup at my salon and am trained in medical needling. I work one day per week with a specialist semi-permanent make-up artist treating celebrities; I have treated the casts of Hollyoaks, Coronation Street, Emerdale and Loose Women as well as individual stars including Katy Price and Callum Best. Once every month I assist a Cosmetic Surgeon in medical procedures and use this to gain experience into advanced medical treatments.
My specialist area has always been massage and I can offer every massage style including Sports’ Massage and Reiki
Skin Deep Salon
The Skin Deep Salon offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere with air conditioning for extra comfort. There are two treatment rooms and a comfortable waiting area where refreshments are available. The salon also has a separate tanning cubicle, a specialist manicure area with a luxury pedicure/ massage chair which has its own mineral water supply. Skin Deep also offers the new Fish Pedicure which can also be enjoyed in specialist conditions.
Specialist beauty products are available for purchase and gift tokens provide the opportunity to give the perfect present!

Skin Deep is situated in South Cambridge in a quiet residential area, close to the Cambridge Leisure Centre. Parking is available. The salon is open six days a week and treatments are available until 9.00 pm on most days. Appointments can be made by visiting the salon, by telephone or online.
